About Slifer Smith & Frampton

Although relatively new to Park City, Slifer Smith and Frampton’s roots run deep in Rocky Mountain resort real estate history. Founded in 1962 by Rod Slifer, and then joined in 1985 by Harry Frampton and Mark Smith, the firm quickly became the dominant agency in Colorado’s Vail Valley and beyond.
After eight years of developing the Village of Empire Pass in Deer Valley under parent company East West Partners, the trio decided 2010 was the right time to bring their collective brokerage experience to Park City. Customer service and knowledge of the market are Slifer’s number one priority. It is our goal to redefine the real estate market in Park City and work with our clients to make buying and selling their homes an enjoyable and memorable experience. We look forward to serving you.
