Savor the Summit is Back in Park City for June 2024Park City is a town that is not only majestic and amazing during the winter. The entire year is full of great things. The summer comes alive with hiking, concerts, horseback riding, water sports at the reservoir, and great festivals. 

One highly anticipated event that happens in June is Savor the Summit. There was talk of the event not happening this year as the organizers dealt with nailing down a new insurance agreement after an event guest filed a personal injury lawsuit. Event organizers have just shared that the event will happen in 2024.

What is Savor the Summit? 

Savor the Summit is a great event highlighting the amazing local restaurants of Park City. In June Main Street is blocked off from car traffic to enable restaurants to set up tables outside on Main Street to serve guests a special meal outside. 

This Year's Savor the Summit will be on June 22, 2024. 

Savor the Summit Details for 2024

Savor the Summit is Park City's Annual Outdoor Dinner Party. It is the largest dinner party in Utah. The event will start at 6 pm on Saturday the 22nd. A collection of local restaurants plan to serve over 2,500 event guests while diners enjoy a large table set spanning the length of Main Street during sunset. 

The event is full of the best specialties that highlight each restaurant participating, drinks, and live music. It is one of the most fun and unique community celebrations. The lineup of restaurants is always amazing. 

This Year's Participating Park City Restaurants Include:

Top of Main Brew Pub

Formerly named the Wasatch Brew Pub, this is the first-ever brew pub in the state. The pub rebranded with the help, oversight, and blessing of the founder Greg Schirf. The history of the pub remains and a brew has been named after Greg to always honor his role in beginning the brew pub culture in Utah. The pub serves up elevated pub classics including burgers and mac and cheese, but they also offer eclectic dishes like Superfood Beet Salad and an incredibly popular brunch on the weekends. 

The Mustang

A local staple since 2004. They focus on bold art and big flavors in their New American-themed menu. They use fresh organic and sustainably sourced ingredients. Mustang is also unique in it doesn't advertise but rather relies on word of mouth to remain a top restaurant in Park City. They believe their food and reputation speak for themselves and so far it has. 

The Eating Establishment

The Eating Establishment is a long-time Park City favorite. The restaurant is popular for its breakfast all-day menu. It opened in 1972 and was revamped in 2017. It is truly locally owned and always a favorite. 


Shabu restaurant serves up an Asian fusion menu. The restaurant was opened in 2004 by two brothers who fell in love with Park City and decided to put down roots. Chef Bob Valaika has trained with the best learning precise skills for the best sushi, noodles, and traditional Japanese cuisine. The restaurant is lively full of energy and fun to pair with the amazing food. The brothers open every day after their Park City ski runs. 

Riverhorse on Main

One of Park City's oldest and most notable restaurants. Riverhorse has a long list of favorable reviews from food critics and is highly regarded by the public. It was the first restaurant in the state to earn the DiRoNA Award. The menu changes seasonally. Riverhorse has become the premier dining destination and is continuously in demand for private events like wedding receptions and rehearsal dinners. 


Kaneo offers a Mediterranean-inspired menu during brunch, lunch, and dinner. Here you will experience a flavorful menu full of great options including vegetarian and vegan. 

Fletcher's Park City

Fletcher's focuses on fresh natural and organic ingredients in their contemporary American menu. They serve up a gluten-free option menu alongside grass-fed meats and healthy fare. The cefs enjoy a focus on seasonality, simplicity, and quality. 


A cozy neighborhood traditional Irish pub. Flanagan's provides a family-friendly atmosphere. Enjoy traditional Irish favorites like Shepherd's pie, corned beef and cabbage, and Bangers and Mash. Don't forget to indulge in the famous Irish Coffee with homemade whipped cream. 

Firewood on Main

Firewood on Main focuses on serving locally sourced food that is more than just a taste experience but an experience for all the senses. Food is made over a wood fire with the freshest ingredients. 

Don Gallo

Don Gallo serves up the most authentic Mexican food. Who would have guessed you could find the highest quality Mexican dishes in the mountains of Utah? Almost everything in the restaurant is made in-house from scratch including the tortillas and salsas. 

Courchevel Bistro

Named after the sister city of Park City in the French Alps. Courchevel offers a taste of the four-club private community Talisker Club for everyone in Park City to enjoy. The menu is French-European inspired using the freshest local ingredients. 

Bangkok Thai on Main

A favorite dining establishment on Main Street since 1994. It is the only fine-dining Thai restaurant in Park City. Chef Yanee is well regarded and often asked to cook for dignitaries when they visit the United States. She cooks up the finest foods using ingredients from the best asian Markets in Salt Lake.
