Red Ledges is a 2,000-acre community on the edge of the Jordenelle Reservoir on the south outskirts of Park City officially within the limits of Heber City. Just 15 minutes from Deer Valley and Park City Mountain Resorts in a beautiful and quiet area away from the hustle, but still offering the opportunity for community with neighbors in a peaceful location among the most beautiful mountain backdrop. 

Residents of Red Ledges have the vast amenities of a master-planned community and a premier country club in their "backyard." Red Ledges offers a Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course with a great golf school. The Cliff Drysdale Tennis Academy offered by U.S. Open doubles champion provides private lessons and group classes as well as community tournaments. Village Center is home to most of the community amenities these include a heated pool, kid's club, fitness center, and more. Other amenities of Red Ledges include special community events including holidays, horseback riding and equestrian center, hiking and biking trails, fly fishing, Red Ledges ski club, pickleball courts, and swimming and water sports.

  1. Club Cabins: this community is steps from the Clubhouse and included in the RedLedges managed rental program. Homes are on one-acre to 1.5-acre lots.
  2. Cottages at Kings Peak: Homes in this neighborhood offer 5 luxury floorplan options with 3 different exterior elevations. This collection of homes is built to blend seamlessly into the natural surroundings.
  3. Village Center Cabins: A neighborhood of 17 spacious cabin-style homes with 2 and 3-bedroom floorplans. 
  4. Mountain View Villiage: A community of 5 homes within walking distance of the village center. These five homes range in size from 2,600 square feet to 4,000 square feet. 
  5. Park View Villas: This neighborhood of homes is located right next to the golf course. It is comprised of 51 townhomes with 9 different floorplans. Homes range in size from 2,200 square feet to 3000 square feet.

Dining, Shopping, and Entertainment Nearby

Heber City is located between Sundance and Park City. It is most notable for its amazing outdoor spaces in the Heber Valley but it is also a great place to enjoy the main street area with historic buildings that have been repurposed as restaurants and specialty shops. There are many great local eateries and shopping opportunities in this area as well. Park City is a premier destination in the Wasatch mountains. It is home to three world-famous ski resorts which have acted as venues for the Winter Olympic Games and may soon do so again. Beyond the world-famous ski resorts Park City has a charming main street area with several local favorite restaurants and upscale shopping boutiques. There are many art galleries to meander through in the Old Town neighborhood of Park City as well. The atmosphere on Park City's main street is charming with historic buildings and amazing local businesses. It is a great place to take in the culture and atmosphere of this popular mountain town just outside of Salt Lake.
